A designated boardwalk leads across the beautiful native dunes to a quieter, family-friendly stretch of beach. You’ll also enjoy access to the neighborhood pool, a fenced pet-friendly yard and plenty of space to relax indoors and out. The home offers bright, comfortable living space with an open kitchen, dining and living area, three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Large windows fill the home with natural light and showcase views of the Gulf, bay, dunes and peaceful neighborhood. Beach Access Beach access is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. Follow the designated boardwalk across the protected dunes to reach the Gulf. This stretch of beach is generally quieter and less crowded than many larger public beach areas, making it especially enjoyable for families. Outdoor Dining Deck One of the highlights of the home is the main-level outdoor dining deck located just off the kitchen and living room. With seating for six and beautiful Gulf and bay views, it is the perfect place for breakfast, afternoon drinks or relaxed family meals. Balconies and Outdoor Spaces Multiple decks and balconies offer views of the Gulf, bay, dunes, palm trees and surrounding neighborhood. Enjoy morning coffee, read in the sunshine, watch the sunset or simply relax in the Gulf breeze. Ground-Level Patio and Outdoor Shower The shaded ground-level patio provides another comfortable gathering space after a day at the beach. An outdoor shower and rinse area make it easy to wash sand from feet, beach toys, chairs and approved pets before heading inside. Living Room The bright living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, Gulf views and a Smart TV for streaming. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of room to relax. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes: Full-size refrigerator Range and oven Dishwasher and microwave Coffee maker, toaster and blender Cookware, bakeware and utensils Plates, glasses, mugs and wine glasses Breakfast-bar seating The open design allows you to prepare meals while staying connected with family and friends. Indoor Dining Area Enjoy meals, morning coffee or family game nights around the six-person dining table located beside the kitchen and surrounded by natural light. Primary Bedroom Suite The spacious primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with a comfortable bed, vaulted ceiling, television, ceiling fan, storage and a private sitting area near the windows. The suite also includes a private bathroom and direct access to an outdoor deck or balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze. Second Bedroom The second bedroom features a comfortable bed, bedside tables, lamps, a television, ceiling fan, storage and access to an outdoor deck or balcony. It is an ideal space for couples, grandparents or adult guests. Third Bedroom The third bedroom is a comfortable and welcoming space for adults or children. It includes fresh bedding, bedside lighting, a ceiling fan and storage for personal belongings. Bathrooms The home includes two full bathrooms and one convenient half bathroom. The renovated second bathroom features a modern enclosed shower and updated finishes. The half bathroom is located just off the kitchen and main living area for easy access. Fresh bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided for registered guests. Fenced Pet-Friendly Yard Approved pets are welcome, and the fenced yard provides a convenient outdoor space for them. Pets must be supervised, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them and following neighborhood and beach leash rules. Beach Gear, Games and Books Guests may use the provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, beach towels and beach wagon when available. Board games and books are also provided for family game nights, rainy afternoons or relaxing evenings at home. Community Pool Guests may enjoy the neighborhood pool during posted operating hours. A golf-cart tunnel provides convenient access to the pool without crossing the main road. Children must always be supervised. Parking and Guest Access Parking is available in the driveway and designated areas beneath the elevated home. Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor decks and balconies, fenced yard, ground-level patio, laundry area, beach equipment, outdoor shower, neighborhood beach access and community pool. Locked owner closets and marked maintenance or storage areas are not available to guests. Important Things to Know The home is elevated and requires the use of stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing them. Because the property is located in a peaceful residential community, guests are asked to respect neighbors, follow quiet hours and keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level. Children and pets should always be supervised on balconies, stairs, near the pool and around the dunes. A Few Friendly House Rules • Only registered guests are allowed at the property, and the maximum guest limit must be followed. • The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 24 years old, must be included in the reservation and must remain at the property for the entire stay. • No parties, events, or large gatherings. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful stay and be respectful of our neighbors. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and outdoor conversations at a reasonable volume. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on all patios, decks and balconies. • Pets must be included in the reservation. Please clean up after them and keep them off beds and upholstered furniture. • Please rinse off sand and shake out beach items before entering the home. • Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. • Children must be supervised on balconies, stairs, decks, at the pool, and near the beach. • Please use the designated beach path and do not walk on the protected dunes or native plants. • Report any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible. Accidents happen, and we appreciate honest communication. • Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the home and at checkout.
